Doubling Down

This article makes a good case why soft skills matter more than ever in the AI era. It’s why I think training that strengthens them is a good idea. It’s also why they should be screened for during hiring and promotion, even in especially for technical roles and extra especially for technical leaders.

Not to brag or anything, but I made this claim about AI back in 2017. Was I ahead of my time?
